Jack not only smashed his goal of sub 3 hours at the London Marathon but also raised over £4000 for charity. One of the earliest members at Sum Running showing what can be achieved.

80:29 PB
Claire had an incredible summer of racing setting PB's over 5k and 10k before her debut half marathon in Copenhagen where she ran a impressive 80:29.

Dan came to Sum Running after a couple years of being sidelined by injury. He is now healthy and back racing at his best. After his recent PB he will now look to target a spring half marathon.

The very first Sum Runner has benefited from over a year of consistent training. He has bettered his PB to just outside 90 minutes. His long term goal of breaking the 90 min barrier is now insight.

Last summer brad competed over the 3000m Steeplechase and achieved a Silver at the English national championships. This year his focus will be to break the 9 minute barrier.

Vinnie joined Sum Running as a footballer wanting to improve match fitness. A summer of training saw him lower his 10km PB from 45:28 - 36:57. Almost a 9 minute PB.
